Cristina is a Honduran architect and urban planner with 15 years of experience working across national institutions, private companies, and international organizations in the US, Honduras, and Mexico. A Fulbright scholar, Hubert H. Humphrey Fellow, and MIT SPURS Fellow, she brings deep expertise in planning and development, policy dialogue, infrastructure resilience, and emergency projects. She has served as a National Consultant for the Pan American Health Organization, leading rehabilitation of health facilities, road safety initiatives, and water and sanitation programs across Latin America.
