Magnifying Land Potential
Loupe is a climate-tech company building tools for responsible land acquisition. We focus on the earliest stages of planning, when land decisions are still fluid, and the right data can shift long-term outcomes.
Indigenous and community-governed territories store up to 36% more carbon per hectare than most conservation areas. Yet many remain informal, or exposed to development and extraction pressure. Formalizing indigenous ownership of these lands is critical to protecting over 200 million hectares of carbon-rich ecosystems.
Loupe identifies where development is possible and where it is not. By guiding projects away from high-conflict Indigenous territories, the platform helps reduce risk, support land rights, and strengthen long-term conservation outcomes.
Ethos
We are architects, environmentalists, and technologists who understand the pressures of real projects and the gaps in existing geographical analysis tools. We built Loupe to bring transparency to places where development, conservation, and Indigenous governance converge.
We partner with land stewards, governments, and institutions to formalize rights, prevent conflict, and align land use with climate goals. Our goal is to magnify the potential of sites to support long-term value for investors, communities, and for the planet.
